Support for Emotional & Behavioral Growth
Helping Young People Understand, Cope & Grow
Children and teens may not always have the words to explain what they’re experiencing. Changes at home or school, anxiety, difficulty managing emotions, social challenges, or other concerns can affect how a young person feels and functions.
Areas of Support
- Anxiety
- ADHD-Related Challenges
- Emotional Regulation
- Self-Esteem & Confidence
- Family & Life Transitions
- Social & Peer Concerns
- Coping Skills
Depending on the child’s age, developmental needs, and counseling goals, sessions may include conversation, therapeutic games, interactive activities, creative expression, and developmentally appropriate play-based interventions.
When appropriate, parents and caregivers may be included in the counseling process to support the child’s continued growth outside of sessions.
Connection Begins with Deep Roots
Relationships can be a source of connection, support, and growth, but they can also experience seasons of difficulty, change, and disconnection.
Whether you’re working through challenges in your relationship or preparing to begin your marriage, counseling can provide a supportive space to improve communication, deepen understanding, navigate challenges, and build a healthy foundation together.
Couples Counseling
Relationships can be a source of connection, support, and growth, while also going through seasons of difficulty, change, and disconnection.
Sometimes couples find themselves having the same disagreements, struggling to feel heard or understood, or simply feeling less connected than they once did.
Couples counseling provides an opportunity to slow down, explore relationship patterns, improve communication, deepen emotional connection, and develop healthier ways of navigating challenges together.
Gottman-informed principles may be incorporated based on the needs and goals of the couple.
Premarital Counseling
Build Deep Roots Before “I Do”
Premarital counseling isn’t only for couples experiencing problems. It provides an intentional space to learn more about one another, discuss expectations, improve communication, navigate differences, and prepare for the life you’re building together.
Topics such as family influences, finances, roles and responsibilities, intimacy, values, and future goals may naturally become part of the counseling process based on each couple’s needs.
Faith Integration
For clients who choose to incorporate their Christian faith into counseling, faith-based discussions or principles may be thoughtfully integrated according to their preferences, needs, and counseling goals.
Faith integration is always optional and is not required to receive counseling services.
Christian faith integration is available at the client’s request.
